This new feature helps you build smarter, more engaging chatbots faster than ever:

Build bots in minutes. You no longer need to create hundreds of FAQs. With generative AI, you can upload PDFs, Word documents, URLs, or even entire websites (via sitemap) and let the platform do the work. Your platform automatically extracts the knowledge from these sources.
Fully customisable prompt. Write the exact prompt you need (or have fun with a bit of prompt engineering!) to make your bot as useful as possible.
Generative AI, only where you need it. Use the new Generative AI is triggered conditionals to engage generative AI anywhere you’d like. This gives you complete control over where and when you need generative AI to engage.
Enable context for more natural conversations. As you create your automation, decide between triggering generative AI with or without context. When context is enabled, your chatbot increases its short-term memory, remembering previous questions and answers, and creating conversations that flow more naturally.

We’ve made integrating the SMS channel slightly easier (i.e. the platform no longer screams at you for making a silly mistake).
The WhatsApp channel now supports receiving files from users.
Default live chat messages (Someone will be with you shortly, Agent has joined the chat, etc.) are now fully translatable.
When adding a variable, metric, or integration to a node, we now only show variables, metrics, or integrations that have not yet been added to the node. This should make things easier.

Fixed a conditional timezone issue that would pop up during daylight savings time change.
Fixed an issue with WhatsApp message types that would occur when trying to send too many buttons.
Fixed an issue with Teams where locations weren’t being stored properly.
Fixed an intermittent issue with postbacks on Teams.
Fixed an issue where editing a trigger using When message triggers specific FAQ would return errors (even though no error was happening).
