Importing a sitemap into the knowledge base enables you to use content straight from your website in chatbot conversations.
Importing a sitemap
Go to Knowledge → Knowledge bases and click + New at the top of the page.
Name your sitemap.
Select Sitemap import from the Type drop-down.
Choose when to refresh content and click Next.
When to refresh content refers to how regularly your chatbot will check the website for any changes to the content.
On the next step, enter your website's sitemap and click Import.
Depending on the size of the website, it can take the platform a few minutes to finish importing all of the content.
