Within your platform, you have the possibility of creating multiple accounts. Each new account, called Client, is a brand new version of the platform.

This is what makes our chatbot platform more than ‘just’ a platform – it’s an infrastructure for all your chatbot needs. Each new client can be a different chatbot handling different processes at your company (e.g. HR, customer service, IT, etc.).

Only Super Admins have the permissions required to create new clients. Creating a new client will incur an increase in cost. If you’d like to explore adding new clients to your account, please reach out to your account manager.

Step 1: Create a new client

Go to Clients.

In the top right, click Create client.

Fill out the required fields.

The Name field is the name of your account, not your name.

When you’re ready, click Create client at the bottom of the panel.

Step 2: Switch clients

Once you’ve hit create on your new account, the panel closes. You are still logged into the client you were logged in when you first started this process.

To switch, find your new client in the list and click Login as.

Alternatively, you can click on your name at the bottom left of the side nav and select a client from the panel.
