The chatbot platform collects and retains relevant personal and activity data against every platform user. You are free to request an export of all the personal data the platform has collected against you.
Step 1: Export your user data
Head to Home.
At the top of the page, find the
Export user data button.
The pop up will ask you to confirm your action. Your data will be sent to the email address associated to your platform account.
Step 2: Access your user data
Go to your email inbox. You should have received an email containing a link to view your user data.
Clicking the link will take you to an AWS-hosted JSON file containing all the data the platform has collected on you.
