If you have a multi-lingual chatbot, users may wish to change their preferred language. Using this feature, users can easily swap between different language preferences using the settings cog. 

The reset feature is only available in the following channels: Converse, Embedded, and Full page.

Step 1: Enabling language setting

Go to Engage → Channels.

Pick one of the platform-owned channels, such as Converse. Click Options.

Scroll down to the bottom of the page to find Settings.

Tick the Language box.

Hit Save.
