Find and manage all your files in one area.
Step 1: Explore your files
Head to Settings → Files.
The top menu allows to you flick between the various file formats such as QR codes, images, spreadsheets, and PDFs.
You may also filter your files by tag or simply use the search. Words typed inside the search will find a match within file names and descriptions.
The search bar will only search the files inside the tab you’ve selected. For example, if you are searching for an image using the search bar, ensure you have the Image tab selected.
Step 2: Select your file storage
In the top right of the screen, you will find the file storage dropdown.
By default, every account has one storage called Default storage. You may add more storages (hosted onto your chatbot platform or pulled from third-party storages such as Amazon S3).
Changing the storage will update the files you see.
Step 3: Filter your files
Your storage can display
files uploaded by your platform users,
files uploaded by your chatbot users, or,
Use the filter in the top left to display the files you’d like to explore.
Step 4: Upload files
In each section, click + File.
The following file extensions are accepted:
Images: .png, .jpg, .jpeg
Spreadsheets: .csv, .csvx
Documents: .doc, .docx
QR codes: Create a custom QR codes.
Step 5: Download or edit files
Click on any file within your explorer to bring more information in the sidebar.
From there, you can:
Edit: allows you to change its name, tags, and description
Download: allows you to download your file. If your file is an image, it will open in a new tab. You will then have to click Save as in your browser to download it.
Step 6: Delete files
You can delete single files or select multiple files to delete them all at once.
To delete a single file, click on the file and click the delete button on the right.
To delete multiple files, click on each file’s tick box and click the delete button at the bottom.
