Mask sensitive data from displaying inside the platform

Occasionally, users will provide your chatbot with sensitive data.
The data masking feature allows you to prevent this data from being seen by human eyes.
Masked data can still be used for authentication purposes.
Masking sensitive data
Go to Builder.
Find the conversation where users are likely to provide sensitive data.
Find the specific step where users are likely to provide sensitive data (such as a step where they provide their address or account details).
Click three dots and Edit step.
Tick the Sensitive information at this step box.
Any information provided by a user for this step will be masked inside the platform.
