Platform compatibility

Our platform is optimised for desktop only. We do not recommend using it on mobile devices.

It is specifically optimised to work best on the latest versions on Safari, Chrome, Edge, and Firefox. Older versions may not always function as intended. We do not support Internet Explorer.

We specifically recommend using the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, and Safari.

Chatbot widgets compatibility

Our chatbot widgets (Converse, Full page, Embedded) are optimised to work best on the latest versions of Safari, Chrome, Edge, and Firefox. Older versions may not always function as intended. We do not support Internet Explorer.

Our widgets are also optimised to work on the screen sizes of the latest smart phones. A sample below is provided for information only. Supported screen sizes and devices may get deprecated as they become obsolete or global usage drops below a reasonable number:
