White label your Facebook Workplace integration

Facebook Workplace give you control over your chatbot's name, byline, and avatar. Use the following instructions to make your Facebook Workplace chatbot look like a member of your team.

Every step below is done on the Facebook Workplace app, not your chatbot platform.

To follow these steps, you must have the Facebook Workplace channel integrated.

Step 1: Log into Facebook Workplace

Head over to your Workplace app → Admin Panel.

Click on Integrations.

Click on your ChatbotConnect integration.

Step 2: Edit your integration's design

In the popup, click Customise.

Give your integration

• A name

• A description

• A logo (160x160 pixels)

Hit Save.
