Enhancements

• Our generative AI model has dramatically improved – a big thank you to all our beta testers!

  • Improved the part of the model that generates responses from multiple documents.

  • Improved bias mitigation.

  • Implemented two safeguards to help protect your chatbot from malicious activities like prompt injections.

• Overall, generative AI accuracy has reached an average of 85-90%!

• Implemented a ‘clean data’ export in our dashboard. When exporting a metric, you can now choose to export raw data (which includes metadata) or clean data (the same data but in a more human-friendly format). Learn more.

Bug fixes

• Fixed some generative AI response formatting issues with paragraphs and bullet points.

• There was an issue where deleting generative AI content would take a tad too long, encouraging users to hit the ‘Delete’ button again, and throwing our processes into a bit of a frenzy. We’ve now accelerated this process – yay!

• We improved our web page crawling abilities, now capturing more juicy content for generative AI.
