Design multiple Converse widgets for your chatbot:

Whether you’d like to design event-specific (Christmas, Easter, Kwanzaa, etc.), subsidiary-specific, or page-specific versions of your chatbot, you can now do it all from the comfort of the Converse page.

Head over to Channels → Converse and create new versions (or duplicate existing ones).

All your Converse versions point to the same bot – so no need to re-build any FAQs or workflows. Design your new version, grab its unique deployment code, and you’re good to go!

We’ve also given our Converse design page a facelift. Reorganised the various sections, improved colour pickers, made image uploads simpler, and more.
