Create a Microsoft Teams chatbot

The Microsoft Teams channel is back, more flexible than ever. Ideal for internal chatbots (i.e. HR), you can now deploy a fully-fledged chatbot inside your Teams Tenant, accessible to all your users.

All you need is an account (with a license) and admin access to your Teams Tenant.

• Our SMS and WhatsApp channels now support live chat interactions.

• The Trained window now displays which user on your account trained each utterance. Learn more.

• The live chat composer on the agent’s side now expands horizontally, displaying more text to agents as they type.
